Little By Little is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.

We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:

• To provide the products and services you have requested from Little By Little.
• To administer and manage those products and services.
• To answer your inquiry.
• For direct marketing by email, specials on products or services you have shown interest in.

If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications. If you at any time receive any communication from Little By Little which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Little By Little holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.

If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.

Little By Little will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Little By Little cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information

It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website. We suggest that you visit our website to keep up to date with any changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders are to be paid in full prior to the supply of products to the customer. No refunds shall be given unless the goods fail to comply with the Sales of Goods Act. Goods returned for exchange or for credit must in all respects be in as new condition with all original tags and packaging. This offer is only accepted within 7 days of taking possession of the goods, please supply proof of purchase.  For reasons of a hygienic nature, personal products, vibrators, condoms, creams etc cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, deemed unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

Deposits made on orders are non refundable and will constitute to a restocking and administration fee.  The customer’s signature on the order form is the commitment for the customer to complete all payments associated with the order on the dates prescribed by your consultant (failure to make payments on set dates may result in a order being cancelled with no refunds offered on payment made so far). If Little by Little Adult Concepts can’t fulfill the order by the prescribed date the customer has the right to cancel part or all of the order with refunds on part or all of the order.                                                                                           

Little by Little Adult Concepts wishes to inform you that certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent slight colour variations shown on display items or in catalogues. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide. DVD and magazine sales are final and no refunds or store credit note is offered unless items are deemed faulty by the manufacturer. Little by Little Adult Concepts is not responsible for scratches on DVD’s. Any postage or insurance costs incurred for returning products is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note our catalogue and store contains products of an adult nature. All customers should be 18 years or over. Purchasing from us in acceptance of these terms and conditions is confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The Customer warrants that they are of an age that does not infringe relevant legislation in Australia and that there are no legal impediments to their entering into a contract for the supply of goods and services from Little by Little Adult Concepts.

Little by Little Adult Concepts shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, whether in tort or contract, arising from the use of the products. The Customer is advised that the products sold are of an adult nature and if misused the products could possibly cause harm or injury. The Customer is advised they should take all reasonable care in relation to their use of product/s. Little by Little Adult Concepts shall not be held liable for any harm or injury incurred as a result of misusage of the product/s by the Customer.

Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax ("GST").
